 Working with AIP is like having a strategic partner, it's your business and you run it the way you see fit.  You know best what you want out of life, and how you like to work.  At AIP you have the freedom to work as much as you want or as little as you want. AIP was built by brokers for brokers and we're looking for rugged individualist, entrepreneurial agents that need a place to hang their license without having to go to sales meetings or meet quotas. If you're new to the business we probably don't want you and you wouldn't wanna be here. If you own rental properties and found that you need a real estate brokers license in order to run additional properties for other owners and stay within the legal limits we would be a good fit for you.
